I have been making some decisions lately and contemplating how much I can trust my internal pull towards one direction over another.

This made me think about moths.

Moths use light to orientate themselves as they fly. The sky is usually brighter than the ground, moths assume bright light is up and keep it above them flying parallel to the ground.

Artificial light confuses this instinct and moths fly with their backs towards it. This makes moths to fly around artificial lights in circles and even upside down when above it. And we all know what happens next…

What light do you orient yourself by?
